What is your cancellation policy?

Mayan Collective does not offer refunds. With at least 24 hours' notice, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future experience. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are not eligible for credit or refund.

Do I need any previous experience?

No experience is needed. Every experience is guided step by step, and you leave with something you made.
